Our mackerel and herring season is over. Now we will take the foot off the gas for a bit and take time to reflect upon the past year. Earlier in March the production, quality inspection, sales, logistics departments gathered to discuss the past season in a workshop. Our HR-department organized the event with great success.
The goal of the workshop was to learn from each other and prepare for the next season. Therefore, we discussed and shared gained experience and knowledge from the last season. We always strive to better ourselves in terms of product quality, production efficiency, and customer service.
