We are proud to introduce our new state-of-the-art fishing vessel, Gitte Henning 1. This eco-friendly ship was built in 2018 and can load up to 3.600 metric ton of pelagic fish. Gitte Henning 1 is equipped with seine nets, modern trawls, advanced pumps, quality inspection work stations and the newest innovative RSW cooling systems.

Gitte Henning 1 will be heading to sea later this week to fish Atlantic mackerel.

We’re looking forward to Gitte Henning 1’s first landing at Varðin Pelagic.
